Review
Editorial board assessment.
A panel of experienced photojournalists evaluates submissions for authenticity and narrative strength.
Shortlisting
Selection of top candidates.
A select group of applicants from each region is chosen to proceed to the next phase.
Interaction
Virtual interview and assignment.
Shortlisted candidates take part in a one-on-one virtual interaction and may receive a localized short assignment.
Appointment
Official offer extended.
Successful candidates receive their official appointment letter and onboarding documentation.
