Bandeep Singh

Born in Chandigarh in 1971, Bandeep Singh is a self-taught photographer and currently serves as the India photo editor for Fortune Magazine. His work has been featured in renowned publications like India Today, Time, The New York Times, Business Week, and many others.
His photography spans various genres, including documentary, landscape, portraiture, and more conceptual work. Deeply influenced by his interest in mysticism, Sufi poetry, and music, he has held several solo exhibitions, including ‘Beloved Pangi’ in Shimla and ‘Sa: The Feminine’ in London. His works have also been part of major group shows across the world.
He was honored with the Charles Wallace India Trust award in 2004 and has served on the jury for the India Habitat Centre photography grant since 2005. His photographs are part of prestigious collections like the Essl Museum in Vienna and the Luxembourg Embassy in New Delhi.
Bandeep Singh has been a prominent speaker at the Imagine Photojournalist Seminar in 2015, 2016, and 2017. He lives and works in New Delhi, where he continues to contribute to the world of photography.
